Real people · Real DEXA scans
Before-and-after bone density scans from people training on the same osteogenic loading equipment you’ll use at OsteoZone – most with just one short session a week.
Did osteogenic loading once a week while changing nothing else in her routine or diet.
Tried the medication route for a short time, but it made her horribly ill.
Her follow-up DEXA came three years after her first; she started osteogenic loading seven months before it.
Results are from individuals using the same osteogenic loading equipment we use in the studio, and were reported from their own DEXA scans. Timeframes, scanners and starting points differ from person to person. Individual results vary.
Reading the numbers
Bone mineral density – how much mineral is packed into an area of bone, in g/cm². Higher is stronger.
Bone mineral content – the total amount of mineral in the bone that was scanned.
How your bone density compares with a healthy young adult. −1.0 and above is normal, −1.0 to −2.5 is osteopenia, and −2.5 or below is osteoporosis.
The four vertebrae of the lower (lumbar) spine that a DEXA scan measures.
The narrow top of the thigh bone, just below the hip joint – the most common site of hip fractures.
An average across the whole upper thigh bone, including the femoral neck.
Your first session is free: a health history review, a conversation about your goals, and a guided walk-through of all four exercises with a coach.
